    Researcher and Caseworker

Huw is from Manchester, with a BA in Modern Languages (French and Spanish) from the University of Oxford. He was editor of the unfortunately-named university magazine The ISIS, and steered his college’s 2nd XI football team to a healthy sixth place in a league consisting of six teams.
